SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Rynowear. We are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience. Please review the information below for details about production, shipping, tracking, and delivery.
Shipping Timeframes
Rynowear products are made to order, so fulfillment times may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, and order volume.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Made to Order
All Rynowear products are made to order.
Production typically takes approximately 2–4 business days before your order ships. Once production is complete and your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, you will receive tracking information by email.
Because some products may be fulfilled from different locations, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take some time to appear after your shipment is initially processed.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We currently offer standard shipping.
Once an order has shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 5–8 business days, depending on the destination, fulfillment location, and shipping carrier.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, destination-related delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in longer delivery times.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using USPS, OnTrac, or other regional or national carriers depending on the destination and fulfillment location.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will review the available tracking information and assist you with determining the status of your shipment.
If a shipment experiences a significant delay, appears to be lost in transit, or encounters another delivery issue, Rynowear will work with the appropriate fulfillment provider or shipping carrier to determine the best available resolution.
