Rynowear Returns & Exchange Policy
At RYNOWEAR, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Below is our policy for handling returns and exchanges for both physical and print-on-demand products.
Physical Products (In-Stock Items):
Returns:
- If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

- Customers will be charged a flat $5 return shipping fee
Exchanges:
- Exchange Requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to fulfill your request while supplies last.
- Inspection Process: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection. The item must meet the following criteria to be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The item must be free of any damage, including but not limited to tears, stains, or other visible defects.
- The item must not have any odors, such as perfume, smoke, or other strong scents.
- Exchange Approval: If the returned item passes our inspection, we will process the return and issue a full refund for the item(s) or exchange and ship the replacement item to you. You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been refunded or the exchange has been approved and processed.
- Damaged or Unacceptable Items: If the returned item does not meet our inspection criteria, we will not be able to process the exchange or issue a refund. In such cases, we will notify you via email and return the item to you.
- Please note, customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns and exchanges unless the product is defective.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Print-On-Demand Products:
Defects and Errors:
- In the case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, Rynowear offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us at therynowear@gmail.com.
- If there’s an issue affecting any products, any additional photos (or videos) of the affected items visible will be required for confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping or Order Details:
- Please note: If the order shipping details were entered incorrectly, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, Rynowear cannot be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are accurate before finalizing the purchase.
